Indigenous Mental Health and Resilience Against Suicide

(Project Yarn Circle)

Our Project Yarn Circle program aims to educate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth in a culturally sensitive environment. This takes place in a traditional “yarn circle”, where elders would originally gather with young people to speak about their culture, wellbeing, purpose in life, and dreamtime stories.

The objective of Project Yarn Circle is to build mental health literacy, and resilience against suicide, for our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth telefoonhoesje 6sbest replica watches. Students are taught a wide range of skills within 1 – 6 programs, depending on the high schools’ needs.
